Link Roadways ("we", "our", "us") operates the Link Roadways app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

• User Profile Data: Name, mobile number, employee/driver ID, vehicle details, and trip data (pickup, drop-off, status).
• Location Data: Foreground and background location is used only during active trips to track and complete rides.
• Session Data: Login sessions are stored locally on the device using SharedPreferences.
• Uploaded Media: Profile photos, driver documents, and other files uploaded by the user are stored securely in Firebase Storage.
• No Collection of Sensitive Data: We do not collect financial details, passwords, personal contacts, or health-related information.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

• No personal messages
• No call logs or SMS
• No contact lists
• No device identifiers for advertising
• No crash reporting or analytics beyond Firebase defaults

3. How We Use Data

• To verify driver and admin accounts
• To manage trips, drivers, and vehicles
• To notify users of trip status (via WhatsApp or system notification)
• To maintain secure login sessions
• To allow admin to manage driver accounts

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

• Users can request deletion at any time by contacting info@linkroadways.com.
• Upon account deletion, all related data is permanently erased from Firebase.

5. Third-Party Services

Our app uses Google Firebase for:

• Authentication
• Firestore Database
• Secure storage of images and files

Google may process limited technical data (e.g., IP address, device model) to deliver Firebase services. Please review Google’s Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Data Storage & International Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on Firebase servers located outside your country of residence. We ensure that all transfers comply with data protection laws and secure protocols.

We apply industry-standard security measures including:

• Restricted admin access
• User-controlled data deletion

8. Children’s Privacy
